St Mary Magdalene, Lillington
Vicarage Road
Lillington
CV32 7RH
For over nine hundred years a place of Christian worship has stood on the hill where St Mary Magdalene's now stands.
Lillington is one of the areas claiming to be the centre of England, since within the parish grows the descendant of the Midland Oak. The church dates from the 1200’s, other parts, including the battlemented tower from 1480, with substantial Victorian additions.
