St. Mary’s is a grand mausoleum housing the famous Beauchamp chapel, said to be the finest medieval chapel in the country, where Richard Beauchamp, a man who had the ears of Henry V, lies. Here also are to be found the Dudleys, Robert, Earl of Leicester being a great favourite of Elizabeth I.
