St Mary Magdalene, Coventry

Wyken Croft
Wyken
Coventry
CV2 3AD

Sitting quietly amidst modern housing developments in a Coventry suburb, this is Coventrys oldest church and is a real gem. Built in the early 1100s by Earl Ranulf of Chester, it has remined largely unaltered for over 900 years. You can still see the original Norman font, the remnants of a rood screen and an 18th century gallery.
